Just in case you are wondering about this picture...
It is from the Polar Bear Plunge on Jan 1. About 1000 people run into Lake Washington and out, screaming mostly. In this picture I am helping Dan, he is totally blind since birth, and he is a really good swimmer...he just needed some assistance getting to the water. The hardest part was going slow into 40 degree water and out again. But I'll do it every year he comes because he is a cool dude!
